Monsters still quadruple evading/resisting spells in a row + cooldown for spells = what the hell
The cooldown should only be activated if the spell actually hits and does damage. Otherwise this is just broken.

The only thing i have a problem with is the mana nerf. I've always had just enough mana to cast all the supportive spells, but now just casting Heartseeker and Regen leaves me near manaless. Don't know if it because spells cost more due to ability points not reducing mana cost now, or the new mp ability does not scale to match the old mp tanks %. Or just both.

The credits should have been used for all the new trainings. Also, my next artifact training costs more than double? Is that a bug?

I'm sure other people have already said this, but I'm not sure that making the proficiency bonuses manualy aquired skills is the best idea. It would be best to still have completely passive bonuses from proficiency (I noticed I no longer get + endurance from having heavy armor equipped). Honestly, now there is no reason to try to multispec or try for having all proficiencies. This kills a part of the game for me.
It would be nice if there was a balance, and proficiencies themselves still gave a small bonus automatically, without any ability point investment.
Can we at least get a refund/increase based on the value of ability boost before the patch? Most people invested heavily into it, and the price per drops from ~100k to ~16k at level 100- that's a lot of credits for us poor folk.

For the love of FSM! I just tried random encounter on IWBTH with every ability upgrade that would make any difference activated and I died before killing first monster while before I would win without much sweat. Even with all mana and hp tanks bought and activated my MP is half of that it used to be, my hp is mere 9k instead of 13k, buffs last up to 3 times less round (heartseeker). I can't cure myself efficiently anymore with cure once in 5 turns and regen heling much less. And I play melee, I am afraid to even think what mages are going through.
I see some improvements but all this crap going on just outweighs them. I can't afford stars, there is litteraly no ISP in my country that would give me up speed to run H@H and I feel that in few patches I am going to be in a situation like in all those free MMOs with limited inventory slots. You can play but it's a more of a chore than fun.

Casting a spell with channeling costs me 1mp. Not a big problem, but it wasn't mentioned so I am not sure if it is a bug or intended.

- The duration can be increased by maximum a factor of 7 (supportive/curative spells), given as: 1 + 6 * prof_factor, or 4 (everything else), given as: 1 + 3 * prof_factor
Is not enough given the fact of how everything is much more expensive, and there is no cost reduction/duration improvements from ability points

My HP went from 12K to 9.5K, my mana went from 1,100 to about 650. My spirit actually increased (What the fuck?)
My PMI didn't change much, but my burden went up to 77, from 73... My damage is down by almost 400, hit chance is down 10% (at least), crit chance is down another 15% or so...
this patch is fucking suck. let me hop onto normal now...oh...and 5 fucking token for FSM? the noodle better give me a goddamned legendary epic every time.
And where in the blood hell is SILENCE?
nevermind...found it..
19 rounds for haste (vs 50 something pre-patch,) 56 for Protection - thats actually a fucking improvmement...71 for heartseeker (vs 260 prepatch) exept now i can
but I cant do anything with only 600 mana. quit.
