QUOTE(cavecricket48 @ May 30 2013, 11:54) Exactamente. Still waiting for Tenboro to add a third morale-raising mechanic.
Raising? surely you jest. Riddle-master when you feed a mob a happy pill. lose stamina + monster loses more morale if you fail. Of course, you also lose the happy pill. This post has been edited by etothex: May 30 2013, 23:28

QUOTE(skillchip @ May 31 2013, 02:38) Problem with this description is that we all thought [something] was working as intended, we were never informed it was bugged.
This isn't the real problem, actually... Again, looking at HV history : pretty much every major beneficial bug (i.e. bug that make shit OP) were first noticed by player and eventually someone will discuss and express their suspicious about it long before it's fixed— most of which Tenb weren't even aware that there was a bug in the first place. Here's the real problem: You have to make a lot of noise to grab Tenboro attention— people "expressing their suspicious" is simply not loud and forceful enough for him to notice when he didn't actively try to listen. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) This is why I had to deliberately being obnoxious and annoying when it come to saying something that I strongly believe requires Tenboro attention. In reference to the post above me, I think the best course of action is to shut up.

Ugh... Another Chaos Token. Is the rate now 90/10 for Chaos/Blood tokens? Sure seems that way. I just want enough to play the new RoB, but it's going to take months at this rate and I've played a ton since the patch. And don't you just love a bunch of enemies that resist a spell, and you still have to wait forever and a day for it to cool down? The next patch should come with a melee cooldown, just to be fair. After every 3 strikes, you get a 1 round cooldown period.

QUOTE(pentiuminside @ May 23 2013, 08:41) Yes, I noticed the exact same thing. It's 4 attacks/sec for me too. I'm quite sure the reason is because of some speed limit that was imposed with the patch. The following goes for me playing HV at my CPU; Before patch 0.76In Chrome: maybe ~8 or ~12 attacks /sec (just a guess but it felt like at least 2 or 3 times faster than the 0.76 frequency) In Firefox: maybe ~2 attacks /sec After patch 0.76In Chrome: 4 attacks /sec LIKE A FUCKING CLOCK In Firefox: 4 attacks /sec LIKE A FUCKING CLOCK This frequency nerf REALLY sucks. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) The only good thing about it is that I can now ditch chrome... Now it's an even field. Boo hoo. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) QUOTE(kakashi524 @ May 31 2013, 01:45) You need crystals to feed your monsters -> you don't shit crystals? -> buy them! -> Credit gain rate was nerfed so good luck with that.
Do you have to have monsters? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) QUOTE(cavecricket48 @ May 31 2013, 01:54) Exactamente. Still waiting for Tenboro to add a third morale-raising mechanic.
QUOTE(cavecricket48 @ May 31 2013, 02:03) It would be a compensatory change considering that Absorb's cost apparently went up and its return is... nothing to speak of.
Now it's 90% proc chance instead of the old 75%. Way better IMO.

I believe I've had an almost equal proportion of the two since the patch.

I've always had more chaos drop from mobs and arenas. Maybe 7/10 would be chaos. I still have more chaos dropping. Not useless, but not that useful now.

Hey Tenboro. When you get around to doing another 2H vs Mage usage comparison, can you separate them by region? I'm pretty sure most of the 2Hders are ping abusers and live around Europe (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Too bad you can't compare before/after, since not everyone can afford getting a new decent set, or wants to get one when it might just lose value This post has been edited by skillchip: May 31 2013, 04:04

QUOTE(letmegitdat @ May 30 2013, 13:00) can one of the experts ballpark what daily upkeep is for the 3?? tiers (chow, cuisine, etc)
On my end the per-monster upkeep is exactly 2 chow per day. I can just about keep my two monsters fed by playing hourlies, but it's now an obligation.

But wasn't Spark supposed to cover your ass for the entire turn it triggered and return 30% max HP, as well as 75% PMI for what, 5 rounds thereafter? What was the bug? And I miss the old Protection. Even with the insane duration it currently has.

After the patch came, my rate is pretty steady which is 20:80 for Blood/Chaos tokens.
