Hey how many rounds / perks do we need to get ONE snowflake ?

I finished almost all the Arenas under IWBTH/Nintendo and Hell difficulty but found none ( nothing like snowflake at all )

From my observation there is a small chance for a snowflake after each round.
May be affected by some trainings and is affected for sure by difficulty setting. Chance is probably still low so if Snowie hates you...
