Oh noes! While cleaning up for spring, Snowflake accidentally released the special snowflakes that are used to seed the first snow, and now it's snowing everywhere. She needs you to collect them in order for spring to start properly.

Is this dropped in Arena Battles ?

I have finished around 10 arenas to no avail...

Probably not. I finished 17 and got none.

Is there a point in completing a set instead of shrine'ing every flake?

I guess the system will just check if one of each sort was donated.

What difficulty are you playing on?
Out of all the arenas up to the Lv110 one, I only got 1 Glittering Snowflake.
So far I've got nothing from Grindfest or IW even though I been playing since I saw the 'Snowflake' event forum post, the drop-rate is really bad for me.
Should've trained more Scavenger before the event...meh
