Never got one in four days from arena, grindfest or hourly. Do those things really exist ?

Yeah, they do. Arena drops were the hardest to get (for me). One in about 200 rounds or so. Grindfest I got one every 125 rounds (on average). Item World was about one in 150 rounds for me. I played on Easy (normal for Arena) to get the snowflakes.
