A lot of games have accumulated but very little time. Because of this, you are more likely to choose sleep over games. But the desire is still there.)

Already burnt out on experiencing "fun" with games. Most of the fun I have is now is solely about exploring how I can mindfully improve my understanding of a game's mechanics and improve myself in the process.

Not anytime soon. I like to take my time exploring games, and I have so many more to play.

As a kid you played games when procrastinating. As an adult you dot play as much when you need to do other things and the fun or value in playing goes away. I think these kids find less joy in games as they get older. Games are always fun, when played in moderation, to unwind, relax, or be social on multiplayers with friends. In fact I kind of feel that not finding any value in leisure time can be depressing. And no you shouldn't be cooming in all your leisure time, I have found for it to leave nothing but bad mental space

There are so many games out there that is nearly impossible to play them all, so no!

Not in foreseeable future considering many good indie game come out. But I am getting tired of AAA game thought since they're.... well, lack of imagination and focus on wrong aspect of the game i.e. monetization instead of you know, fun.

Greetings

To simply answer the title of topic. Yes . Yes I do

To be more specific towards answering the question within the title.... it depends on what you desired out of virtual space games to begin with..... was it

a) Being introduced to NES and Sega Genisys era by your rich schoolyard kid/ friend or rich relative on a melancholic Christmas night followed by a bombardment of emotional roller coaster as you go through the collection of beat em ups coop like battle toads and double dragon , super contra , contra , super Mario bros , ice climbers only to be dragged into competitive games like street fighter NES and mortal combat on genesis resulting in the familiar feeling of failure and disappointment you have been feeling and being reminded of by your elders and everyone else in your life.

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Finally getting introduced to PC @ pentium 3 500Mhz with 32MB RAM and 20GB HDD by your same grown up but still insufferable relative and experiencing games like DOOM 2 , DOOM , wolfenstein3d along with plethora of DOS games that accompanied that time only to finally come across Command and conquer red alert 2 + Yuris revenge and then later on about a year or so you are invited to a party but you come to realize its a..LAN party followed by the same old humiliation routine where you are the butt of the P4Wn3G J0K3!! L0L lOL N0Ob and slowly your inner downward spiral of self hate couple with these toxic pranks start to take you towards a dark place.

c) Finally later on in the life you are finally in your freshmen years away from the torturous cycle of your toxic friends and better off family tree and are looking forward to getting your life on track and then next moment you realize you have landed into a culture that is N times more savage than what you had experience at your home life.....there are the console purist of the play station and XBOX generation while on the other side you have PC master raced squad with the aspiring mobile developers and Flashy Flashers all in the middle as you try to secure a safe space from all the war torn regions of social spheres to the intellectual sanity zone.

Safe to say ... Video Games pass time or Gaming term should be scraped and replaced by appropriate terms as it is clearly a misnomer by current time and trends like "Virtual Gaming" and personally for me...gaming was always about escapism and entertainment value rather than the professional gaming culture that has become mainstream globally from its humble eastern origin mindset.

So to conclude this "Gaming" just like "eating" and "breathing" is here to stay until we run out of means to generate electricity or the power source that sustains the technology which if brain interfacing and virtual vision technology is aiming to achieve will directly work off human bio energy [currently still in fiction phase but reality is still stranger than fiction] . But time stops for no entity alive or not aka we are reaching our mortal expiration date... so its time to as they say proverbially kick the can into the bucket and move to more less taxing hobbies.

well thanks for reading my rant.

Peace Out

As I become older, I find myself having less and less time for videogames. It's not that I don't like them, it's just that the need for a casual and not time-expensive game is growing

I've definitely felt the burnout. But that's usually because I've played too much.

I have so many games I want to play, getting burned out on one genre only means switching to another for awhile

I enjoy games a lot. A whole lot. The problem for me is finding the time to dedicate to them.
