It's both hobby and "work" besides my main job. So it won't bore/tire me, instead it entertains me. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

After 34 years or so (going back to my first clear memory of playing a computer game on a TRS-80, arcade machines probably even farther back) I rather doubt I'll get over it any time soon. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Not anytime soon, but I do get a little burned out and may not play anything for a week. When I do muster up some morale and strength to play, I love it. That said, anytime I play a game with a frustrating/hard part and I make zero progress, I shut down that game for months on end or never touch it again.

Unfortunately, yes. Recently I found that games can't entertain me as much as they used to. This is very-very sad. *sob*

I got tired of playing video games when the original Playstation came out. I'm tragically lost in the 16-bit era.

I don't see me stopping soon, but I'll probably play less when I get out of college and reality catches up with me.

No, I work towards being able to play more than right now.

I'm tired because of games nowadays >.> 90% of them are just graphics, with DLC worth more than game itself. Guess ill stay forever playing old games...

Well, the current state of the gaming industry has really left me apathetic. I just don't follow new releases anymore.

I kind of zoned out from console gaming to PC gaming a few years back. I mean everything was pretty much accessible on the PC. I tried picking up PS3 again but it just wasn't as great as it used to be for me.

Now, I barely touch RPG games, I mainly play MMOs (rts moba fps) with friends and really only play when they're on, otherwise it gets boring pretty fast.

I pretty much spend majority of my time watching/reading manga & anime and spam VN's lol

Well, I started playing again, after what seems only like a short time since I decided to take a break from gaming. I started off with playing Forza 4 and I ended up playing it for like 3 - 4 hrs, which is a long session, even for me. It was just really relaxing playing career mode against well balanced AI opponents and not a bunch of retard crash test dummies online. Then I went on XBL and looked for some new demos and tried out Forza Horizon - and I loved it! It was so much fun driving around the huge open areas in the game, I went on Amazon and bought the limited edition version for $46 ($50 after taxes). Can't wait to play it!

So I guess that time off from gaming actually helped after all. It feels great to be playing with my consoles again! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

No. Never. If i get my hands on an old console then it's gaming time. Or i load the Cps roms and play some hack and slash fighting game (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Nope. There's no better feeling than destroying an opposing team on versus multiplayer games, and getting a ton of hate mail afterwards. <3

I fear I already am.

I'mma be 70, 80 something years old still fucking up scrubs online on fighting video games and shooters. Ain't going anywhere.

Periods of inactivity on gaming? Yes, quite a bit, for a variety of reasons (boredom, busy with work, etc.).

A time when I'll grow out of them? Never.

I don't feel like giving up playing game anytime soon. Mostly because of the prospect of game in the future better than what is now on market
