Bunker Buster: TBH, while you had a point with PMI, probably wasn't such an issue when you posted it. Too much math involved for no big difference at the time.

That's my point. Tenboro fixes gameplay mechanics only after the problems rear twice the amount of their ugly head.

Look out for the Chaos upgrade / avoidance / light armor fix in a year or two, folks!

It is fine to aim to fix potential balance problems, but thing is, it wasn't as important problem then - and one has to prioritize what to deal with first. A PMI change when top50 barrier is 410 and typical player isn't cresting over 300 isn't half as relevant as it was now, after all.

Yeah we'll see that bridge when we burn it due to our tires wearing out and friction taking effect on the rickety dry wood

(also, light armor sucking due to avoidance having so many reducing factors while mitigation has none is already a problem just not that big a problem since everyone moved to using power armor in place of actually pointing it out)

Old shield armor no longer requires a special component (which wasn't dropping anymore) for upgrades.

This is the only good news after three patch of HV, however, it is like a candy covered by shit, no one will really eat it, but it's sill something.

Everyone was nerfed and buffed in last 3 patches of HV. Whole new features were added.

...I'm completely mystified how does one arrive at such conclusion.

- Cotton Armor now has the same range for spell accuracy and evade as gossamer, and physical mitigation was increased from 5-10 to 8-16, which is the highest for cloth armor.

If you get it wrong like 5 times you are locked out for 24 hours.
Even if you do get the password right, it will not let you in.
The person have to wait that 24 than try again.

Yo Tenbro. Can you play around with the Material grades next patch? I have WAY too many low grades and very few mid grades. I get about 3-4(sometimes 5-6) Mats a day but can only do a few upgrades a month. Is this how it's intended to work or am I just really unlucky with Mat drops?

If the person was just putting in passwords with no username...
It's not gonna work, you will have to have there username before you can ever start working on there password.
Making it where a person can try out the ass.
One can not work without the other really.

True, It's 50/50 both ways.
It can be that, but yet what you said is true also, people can do that too.
I guess we find out in due time when people do something to get locked out than see what they did.
