WELL, for artifacts drop chances, I didn't feel any changes as I can per day within a range of ten.
(If lucky, get more, if unlucky, get less, the difference is not more than 10)

For the crystals get chances from the artifacts, I still do not feel there is a change.
Each time I shrine the artifacts, the number is around 100,
the chance of getting ED is about 20~30%,
getting 0.3(very bad luck) to 1 (very good luck) hath per artifacts.
Since I got full of stat points and I think a high number of AP,
so the rest would nearly all be crystals.

Those stat data didn't have a significantly change when patch by patch. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
(The stat data is collected by HV stat each time, I clear the result before each time I shrine)


So pay for a good luck before you shrine (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

But also a lot of people don't know a lot of people who do that.
I only know one person out of all my friends and family that do that.

Severely decreased. I got a Fine Plate Greaves of Deflection from IWBTH FSM just today.

Now, no doubt this is due to the fact that there are ever so many more people playing, so more people will see shittier rolls even though the proportion of good drops HV-wide, statistically, is still the same. But like I said before, statistics doesn't matter to people - and certainly not when it affects me.

Well, that's true in part. But I have noticed that fact (shrinking from 30% to 50%) well before. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Old stat: 20% HATH; 30% ED; 30% Crystals ; 5% AP; 15% CS.

New stat: ~50% Crystals get chance so the other rates were decreased proportionally, IMHO.

Before i could get regularly a magnificent/legendary from IWBTH schoolgirls arenas clear bonus and now that makes weeks or months that i see nothing. I blamed RNG but seeing so many people complaining makes me suspicious.

Edit: Got 3 magnificent after i posted as arena clear bonuses when i had already done my schoolgirls arenas, stay tuned for more stealth changes RNG!

Play arena 4-5 days , only drop 1 tokens lozl....

I've always been getting crap on every difficulty.

AFAIK difficulty increases T2/T3 loot chances, and you meet higher PL mobs that have increased loot chances.
