Pretty much. Memcache was being unreliable and stupid, which caused it to lose RiddleMaster states.

- Accounts will now enter a 24 hour security lockdown under certain conditions. This disables access to MoogleMail, the Equipment and Item Shop, the Shrine, the Hath Exchange, and the credit transfer function. It also disables the Salvage and Reforge options in the Forge.

From a griefer's standpoint, this still leaves the ability to quickly shred multiple millions worth of saved materials by upgrading worthless equipments, so lockdown should probably disable Forge upgrades too.

Well, I was considering it, but with the new salvaging the actual damage done would be limited.

Equipment

- Cotton Armor now has the same range for spell accuracy and evade as gossamer, and physical mitigation was increased from 5-10 to 8-16, which is the highest for cloth armor.

- Minor tweaks to shortswords (+accuracy, -burden) and leather armor (-burden/interference).

I really wish you've made that retroactive since I still have so many legendary cottons and leathers to try out (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

You should give cotton and leather a 4x prefix occurrence bonus, to give them a reason to try it before junking it for the better armor classes after crunching numbers.
