I've noted an interesting thing. Names that I don't agree with, I kill first. Like when something that should logically be one race but is another, I kill those before everything else. Heck, I'll let another monster kill me just to get rid of a monster i can't agree with...

How quickly people forget 0.6.1. . . I personally own more Mag/Leg gear than dropped in a million equip drops before that patch.

And you're older than me. I remember buying a Fine Rapier of the Nimble from cmal's shop for 3000, and it was a decent offhand back then. The only reason I keep it around is nostalgia (242 PXP makes it an Average in New World Order).

While I was exaggerating there, I don't remember running through an entire arena of 90 rounds AND only getting a single drop (which was an average piece of leather armor iirc) from it. It was on battletoads. And it happened several times recently.

Whatever, if only a few people feel that way and Tenboro doesn't even care, then it's rather pointless to keep talking about it. It probably really is just the RNG trolling me by making the average drop rate/quality seem extremely low only to drop random shitty magnificents on normal to make me feel stupid.

I actually doesn't. Go back and read old HV patch threads. There have been some insanely brutal nerfs to those kinds of things and I can't think of a single instance in which he has budged.

I suppose that's possible, I should shut up already.

Has the rate for chaos tokens been cranked up? I've been seeing a lot more non-bonus tokens dropping lately.

Was upgrading potency unlocks in the forge disabled? I find I can't use turtle bindings to upgrade the endurance of this.

Now I've only been hanging around here for roughly half a year but I would say that on the whole HV has been improving for every patch that I've seen. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Can you hear that sound? It's the sound of sucking up. Yeah, there have been positives and good patches, but there have been negatives. Is it whining? Yeah, but I think I have a legitimate point. There is a clear drop in the rate in which Equipment drops, as well as a drastic cut in the quality of the drop. I have yet to find a post in any of the recent patches that says it (the patch) slashed Equipment drop and quality. My biggest gripe isn't the fact that it has happened; it's that the patches don't say that it has happened. Equipment drops are 1/4 of what it was a year ago and the quality has dropped by a similar ratio. I could easily get Superior on Normal level. Now, I rarely get Superior drops on IWBTH.
