Sorry for the unclear question, my problem is:
1. Will anyone need those low level equipment?
If not, what would be better to do:
Sell them to the EQUIPMENT SHOP or salvage them in THE FORGE?
2. I use no items when challenging GRINDFEST because I FLEE when I run out of HEALTH POINTS and MAGIC POINTS. When is the time they are really needed to be use? Right now I can do well without them in THE ARENA.

Maybe I will ask for her help again but I just receive three equipment which give me great help.

I don't think anyone will want low level equipment when they can get Sup & Exq equipment for free from Wolfgirl & Arialinnoc (also, free heroic potions from Aria). (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I would just sell them at the Equipment Shop, because per the WIKI: "Salvaging equipment below Average can only yield scrap."

As for your items, I would just keep them. Eventually, the Arenas will last longer (because of the number of rounds or increased difficulty), and you might need them.
Also, don't be afraid to use them (they drop for free). You could also use them in the Grindfest to play longer. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
