In the Ask the Expert topic others have more experience than i. You have time until collecting items and credit is effective, but for basics:
With more than 80 stamina make as many hourly encounter and on the highest difficulty as you can without death. Thats give the most exp and credit. Then arenas (With higher difficulty you get more credit), and i think thats all for the days except the weekend (In that way you dont use more than 20 stamina, so you can get the bonus). On weekend grindfest or iw too (It's not bad if you have some energy drink).
I don't use scrolls or infusions and i don't forge yet so i can sell that items too.
Oh and make 1 or 2 monster yet, don't make more. upgrade the monsters so the monsters win, and if you get a binding from gift, you can sell it.

with stamina down you don't hit hard, try to stay into 99-80, less you become weakness... you will be obtain the same 1 hour random encounter? yeah... you can just use a script and bang! you will have a 1 hour encounter... the problem is weakness... you will be weak in fight, not in defense (anyway in mage you always are weak so...)

Stamina does not reduce damage in anyway. The only way Stamina can "hurt" you is if your Stamina is less than 10. Because, then you get "No EXP, credit, proficiency gains, potency gains, or drops from monsters". (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
