A high class gear, or a high PAB gear?

A mix of both really.
You can have high class gear that is shit, why you can have low level gear that is damn good.
For high class gear, it's really nice for what you have to have 3 to 4 PAB'S, if it has 5, even better.

I only break things when it is a last resort, I tend to submit people or troll them until they give up.
