I have another suggestion, Hime-sama. I think you should make all of your "...people can only ask for 1 thing of..." statements (that are below the item category headings) in BRIGHT RED instead of BLACK.
I have to believe that people genuinely just don't see those statements because they blend in to all of the item listing text.
