I'm back AGAIN!
This shit has been going on for 3 mother fuckin days now.
I called up the power company to see just what the fuck has been going on.
I talk to them, than to find out more they call up someone than they talk to me again.
Long story short they been getting calls about lots of people bitching about there power going on and off every few hours.
They are gonna have some people out here checking the power box's to see if they are still alright.

Your level has nothing to do with gaining proficiencies. When you use a weapon, spell, or get hit on your armor you have a chance for all those proficiencies to go up.

In fact, your proficiency is capped at your current level, and it's harder to raise your proficiency the closer it is to your cap.
So, you could say the higher your level the easier it is to raise your proficiency. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

You should read the WIKI (< link) about proficiencies. In fact, you should read the WIKI about all your questions. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
