there are some kind of smoking devices.. they look like pens... but i dont remember the name of those.. those are supposed to realese x quantity of nicotine and others drugs.. and looks like by time your need of smoking just get lower or disappear... if the tip i usefull then aply it girl.. the less you want is have Small-cell carcinoma on your lungs, this cancer is the worse of all the cancers i know, and by the time is discover on your body... well is better if you have your coffin ready...

If I do smoke when I'm out are at work I go over to the smokes place and do so.
