As I'm going through the process to withdrawal these funds I stumbled upon ANOTHER problem. Suddenly I can't make a withdrawal unless I create an Open Order. I tried doing that, it didn't work as I tried to follow the instructions, so I wasted $20 of BTC for nothing.

That sounds really arbitrary. Not sure why they would have that kind of requirement or if maybe you misunderstood something, but you'd have to contact their support to ask them what's up.

Okay, I made a phone call and resolved the issue. Because I bought my BTC and BCH with a Credit/Debit card I have to wait 7 Days before I'm allowed to do any transfer.

I had a nagging feeling I needed to wait a certain amount of days. At least that got resolved. If I come across any issues next week I'll post again if needed. Thanks for the help you guys.

Fuuck me, the donation is taking forever since I have to wait nearly a week for the funds to let "funds settle." I regret not dropping a bigger sum if it was going to be this delayed.

I'm honestly surprised that I was annoyed enough to try to complain to Coinbase's
nonexistent call center. But what really stole my heart was when an endearing employee gave a scripted explanation of what the very basic definition of cryptocurrency is, that was probably recycled from his last project group project in high school. I won't be able to stop thinking about him...

Anyone know if BitPay is legit or has opinions about it? I'm a newfag to cryptocurrencies.

I looked for several virtual currency exchanges on the internet, but they all asked me to provide my ID for authentication. This makes me uneasy. I don't really want to give out my ID information to people. Are there any exchanges where you can buy BCH anonymously?

I don't know of many online exchanges that don't require ID these days. and now I do

There are also Bitcoin ATMs but they usually have a pretty hefty markup, so you would have to account for that. I don't know if they require ID.

Try something from [kycnot.me] https://kycnot.me/ that allows you to buy with fiat. Haven't tried most myself so ymmv.

I use alot of the top ones based on current rating to convert BTC to paypal and vise versa.
For example [magnatus.com] https://magnatus.com doesn't ask for ID when exchanging BTC to paypal but I haven't tried buying BTC from them yet.

Doesn't matter much for us, but your withdrawal fees (if any) might be lower with the latter.

I'm having trouble with the donation, I've put the BCH into my E-Hentai wallet and it's showing up saying that it's available to donate however when I put in the amount and click "Apply Donation" the page just refreshes and nothing has changed. Donating with BCH if that matters.

For anyone else with this problem in the future, enter USD value, not crypto.

Don't feel too bad, I didn't figure it out for a few hours.
