I'm using a investing app which allows me to buy some Bitcoin Cash. When I want to send Bitcoin Cash to my donation wallet address, the app keeps showing the message says the adress is invalid or not supported.
What should I do to resolve this?

Assuming it's a real investing app and not a scam, try putting bitcoincash: in front of the address. If it still doesn't work, use the legacy address I just PM'ed you. Just be sure to send only BCH to it, any other coins will be lost.

If you are using Binance OKX....
I assume you use QR code scan the address
you need to delete Bitcoin: or Bitcoincash: prefix just keep your address

e.g. change BITCOIN:bc1pc437sx4v63zw2dzta4zp8qjtzpdzc5f909y3tpu0vxpazvy6sv0qptn9c6
to bc1pc437sx4v63zw2dzta4zp8qjtzpdzc5f909y3tpu0vxpazvy6sv0qptn9c6

Its a BTC gift card. I figured I could just give you the code and then you redeem it on on their website, you choose what wallet you want the BTC sendt to. A 10$ voucher for an example would transfer 10$ worth of bitcoin to the selected wallet at the time you redeem it.

I'm asking because I can't be bothered to figure out all this wallet and crypto stuff.

It's a CashAddr address, but if the wallet you use doesn't follow the standard exactly, you may have to add bitcoincash: before the address (or remove it if you use the QR code).

As it turns out, the old app I was using was just trash. Switched to another one and it worked flawlessly.
