I think with this I will go a try dual wielding out, as my estoc is now useless as I cant survive even on BT. Making regen no longer based on player turn really really hurts. Wish I had leveled one of my maces to level 10 before this patch

Look like it doesn't, did a test and mana's deducted even Regen doesn't tick.

Unrelated Edit: Slow's duration should get increased as it's effect is not long artificially increasing it.

Something doesn't seem right with action speed and Magic Missile.
If I cast Magic Missile, Regen/Poison/Bleed proc up to 3 times in a row, while most every other action I've tried only results in them proccing once, if at all, I can cast cure/poison 3-4 times before procs occur.

my question is, what gonna happen if I IW a soul weapon to LV10? Will it do double void strike or just there's no change compare with LV9?

Try the new patch , need more than 80 turns to kill 8 mobs in IWBTH hourlies (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

- Monster initiative (how many time units until first attack) is now random between 0.01 and 1.00 its attack speed, compared to a fixed 0.5 before.

Is there a chance that mage will die at first turn ?

I think it decreased the chance of mages dieing turn 1.
