After playing for about a day after the update, I have to say. FUCK THIS UPDATE! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Yes all the new gear and all that is nice and cool.. I'm happy when I got to level 225, I done told my self I'm not gonna give a care about leveling up no more. The thing is almost everything weapons, armor, etc...Got fucked over on this update (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) I know a lot of people on here who have been bitching and whining about this update. The only real thing I'm bitching about is all my armor (I have a mix of MAGS and LEGENDS) are useless now. I used to play on HELL all the time, now I can't even do that. I play on HELL and monsters are killing me in 1 to 2 hits.. WHAT THE FUCK??? At that time I will have Regen 2, Protection and spark of life on.. I can spam cure 2 but it don't do NO GOOD (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Even back on NORMAL my armor is not doing a damn thing. Tenboro, could you please double check to see if monster resists are working as intended? They seem to be triggering much, much more frequently since the patch. At first I thought I was just imagining things, but others have noticed that their spells are suddenly being resisted a lot more frequently as well.

And that is kind of sad. Do you know what updates could be? A new difficulty IRWTBTH(I really want to be...) with 40x difficulty. This way, in my example, I wouldn't be able to clear IRWTBTH with my current equips (because they're so harder), but if I got the new equipment (in example, the new preffixed heavy armors) I probably would. In this way there wouldn't be any nerfs, even though there would be new content. Of course, my example wasn't well thought or anything, I just tried to came up with a way to include *both* new content and no nerf. I would like to point out too that I don't care about being the best with my equipments, I just care about having a semi-constant performance with an unchanged build. Again, in this example, my legendary plate set of protection (I don't actually have one, by the way, I'm not even heavy) would be worse than a non-preffixed legendary plate set of protection, but that wouldn't make my past set worse.

That suggests some people (not naming names) have been hoarding Chaos Tokens pre-patch, just waiting to see what you would do for Monster Lab v2. And then once they figured out what the patch did, went ahead and blitzed their monsters with resists and whatnot. Just to screw with our heads. Thanks, guys. Either that, or there's some complex interaction going on with the decoupling of action time and the global clock. But you said you checked, so...

Idea for a new T2 Heavy Armor: Stats: - No PMi - No MMi - No avoidance stats(E/B/P/R) - All 9 Specific Mitigations (=Plate/Slashing/suffix) - Mid-High Burden (=Power Armor) - Mid-High Interference (=Shade/nonArcanist) - STR, END, INT, WIS possibles
4 unique Suffix: "of something weapon" -Increased Crush/Slash/Pierce Mitigation -effectively similar to "of Protection" right now, but maybe one day monsters will have magical crush/slash/pierce attacks/skills like magic missile.
"of something elemental" -Increased Elemental Mitigation
"of something else" -Increased Holy/Dark Mitigation
"of the Battlecaster/Arcanist" -No(BC)/Low(Arc) Interference -+Mag.Accuracy stat -+Minimal Conservation stat(1-2%)(BC), or not(Arc)
