I don't see the problem. I checked a bit last monday (I think) and could reach lvl 300 on normal with poor choices. Just dropped out of boredom (and hourlies). I don't really know how high I could go, but anyway I would be under other peoples like him due to lack of IA and Pack Rat ~~.

Hell... I think some Insect things might be cool.

Tenboro...wow, do you ever get a lot of s**t for the stuff you do to keep us all mainlined on the HV! In my work, I deploy new code all the time that usually pisses some people off, others not so much, and often it costs all of them real $$$ too, but I am 3 or 4 levels removed from any complaints. You have a tough job...but it looks like you're up to the challenge. Thanks for the continued fix.

Sorry, I was not clear enough.
The hourlies are (or were in the past when I tested it) based on the time on your PC, not the HV server time.

For example: I can trigger a battle at 17h 31min and finish it, then I change my PCs time to 18h 31min and do a second hourlie battle. (kid's do not try this at home, it is unfair with other HV players (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) ).

Maybe I am talking rubbish, I tested this half a year ago. I will make a few tests within the next hour and see if the comment is still valid.

So, monsters are faster and I'm slower. Haste has been completely neutered and still costs the same amount of mana (and lasts the same amount of rounds). Oh, and monsters can attack me before I can casts spells to protect me from instant death attacks. Yipee. On the plus side... Er... I'll get back to you on that.

Seeing as though the critical bonus from power armor doesnt even cover the reduction caused by burnden anymore, can we have it replaced with anti-parry. It is power armor after all, we should be able to overpower monsters wearing it.
The range could be something like 5% anti-parry for normal gear, and 15% anti-parry for balance. Or simply retire the old balance and make it into overpowering.
Wearing Exquisite Power Leggings of Balance my critical is 27.5%, when I take them off my critical soars to 38.5%.......
