Most likely IP/DNS problem then. Check the universal solutions and see if that helps. If they don't, try to disconnect for a few hours, or any other ways so to get a new IP.

To be able to reset it with the help of some credits/GP's seems fair to me.

The top list thingy is very neat, and the overview looks more like an overview now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Bring back the "show bounties posted by you" button (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

It used to take one click now it takes several and this is depressing. But Yay! Editing bounty area.

I recently uploaded a gallery, after making sure there wasn't a dupe. As it turns out, there was already a better quality version, but under a different artist name, so I was going to delete my gallery... only to find out that I can't do that anymore.

I thought you were allowed delete your own public galleries within first 3 days, which at that point they become locked. When did this change?

I have to second this. I was surprised by how much I had missed this. It's so much more convenient being able to pull up list of my bounties with a mere click.
