Perhaps it is. Rockstar could've gotten lazy when designing the city.

Well look at the GTA games.
They have just got lazy and add the same shit over and over in designing the city's.
But hey there are a nice number of games that do that.
Hell Fallout NV there was a other fallout game that was in NV or New Vegas.
Just in Fallout New Vegas I know like 17 places that it is just copy and paste the same things.
1 is the windmill farm, there is like what 15 windmills, 13 of them are just copy and paste.
Near the lake there is Boat docks that are just a copy and paste.
In Fallout 3 every place was NOT just copy and paste.
Everywhere you gone was new.
Try that in Fallout New Vegas almost everything in that game is a copy and paste.
Some things ok yes there is gonna be a copy and paste, I can understand that but with GTA alot of the time it is like Fallout NV like 80% of the game is just copy paste, move this here and that there just so it looks like a new place....BUT IT'S NOT.

So many issues with this statement. First, I can't drive, second I don't like ice cream, third I hate disneyland, fourth I've actually lost about ten pounds in the last several months.
