How is that different from how it was, exactly?
That's my fault for compacting multiple issues without a better explanation. Rei-Tenshi better explained it.

...
The difference is that ET before was worth risking an assrape to get some mana. Now you get no mana and still get assraped.

I do love the new ET, don't mistaken me; ticking on player's turn do provide better benefit. However, the new change is countered by the decrease in MP from monsters. I do understand that it may be too OP in terms of MP recovered if the whole ET thing's faster, but 2% is just way too low... As I'm getting less than 50% of MP regened previously, I'll need to ET way more often, which in turn is way more dangerous than before.
Agreed. Parry, Evade, Miss... and cloak of the fallen for my troubles.

The old gain rate doesn't translate directly to a heal over time, but when you say that it's decreased that's probably accurate. So what I am going to do is increase the duration of ET by one, to make it easier to stack. That was originally a part of .1, but I kept it out, since it's easier to buff something than to nerf it.
Thanks. Let's see how this works out.
QUOTE(Tenboro @ Jan 21 2013, 13:33)
It does that. Which was one of the implicit buffs with the new ET.

I thought it had to have coelesed on it for it to proc. Im saying have it proc even if there is no cm on the mob
I would rather he change it so magic missile does that instead of the arcane melee thingy. Melee still does so little damage that I can't really judge when to do it, and so generally end up taking multiple crits from an angry near-dead mob while trying to get that killing whack in.
Edit: Fuck, you people complaining about the refund, are you so goddamn low on credits? Holy crap. He said he'd get around to it.
