...... ok.. its just that after the 0.72 update there were some things that didnt make sense about the refunds on trainings deleted (mostly coz i let myself believe some posts that said no it wont be refunds and others that said yes there is goin to be)... so in the end i ended up doubting everything.. so i think asking tenboros straight was the best way to make myself clear.. sorry about it... i wish the part about not refunding if complain is a joke..but if dont.. then i think my failure for my doubts was my doom.... extremely sorry.
OH HAPPY DAY (IN A SAD WAY).. POST 666... GRUMPY ON THE WAY.

QUOTE(MikukoAya @ Jan 20 2013, 22:59) I just checked my stats and my supportive proficiency didn't change. :S I know my curative was higher than that. Unless you are saying it is only going to be used for calculations and not actually used.
It would only change the Effective Proficiency under Statistics. QUOTE(piyin @ Jan 20 2013, 23:00) There is going to be a refund on the trainings that are going to be deleted from the trainer? Stuff that gets removed is always refunded. QUOTE(piyin @ Jan 20 2013, 23:00) All the equipment that has been posted that is going to disappear, do i ned to sell my astral, of the priestess, gaia infusions and alike coz wont be useful anymore.. or can keep them? They won't disappear. "Retired" just means they don't drop anymore.

QUOTE(observer1980 @ Jan 21 2013, 00:01) Just shows how awesomez you are (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) But yeah, I have been on level hard for a long while now, and still can't get passed Eternal Darkness. As of this update, im was going into an arena like schooltastic, with Regen 2 going, along with Protection AND a godly health potion and nameless jackoff monster is knocking my ass out in one or two shots like he's wiping his nose. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) scaled it back to normal for a few minutes and the gap in the attack damage from the monsters is pretty noticeable. Probably get used to this update in time for Easter when the next one stirs shit up again. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) I believe im not showing off anything, you know why we dont see any level 380+ complaining here? Because their gears are good enough to ignore the changes all the time, as for you, who is still on hard... I feel sorry for all the time you spend here, you must have done something wrong, which makes you so weak. And you dont seem to use spirit shield or whatever that green skill is called... BTW, haste is the number one important buff (for me at least), learned it doing really hard rounds, was able to survive without any buff but haste

QUOTE(Tenboro @ Jan 20 2013, 22:56) There are a couple of additional not-intended-as-nerfs-but-apparently-worked-out-that-way things I'll look at in the morning.
Cool. Will you tell us more once you're done tweaking them, or it's for us to figure that stuff out?

Only problem with this patch is that you can't melee grindfest on BT anymore for more than a few hundred rounds straight. Normal may be fine but I really dislike all that button mashing.

QUOTE(pentiuminside @ Jan 20 2013, 18:44) As far as I can see your estoc seems to have the minimum possible burden and an interference that a featherweight shard wipes out completely. I'd say you were extremely lucky given that you on top of that got 2 additional strikes. I knew that Estocs would get nerfed someday and I'm not complaining about that. However my heavy power armor feels like paper now even if I'm using 2 great pieces of protection. And not only was mitigation nerfed drastically, but regen II also! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Playing on a high difficulty in order to profit of the better quality roll has become almost unplayable. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Maybe the cunfusing changes from the patch will become more clear over time, but it seems to have messed up a lot. QUOTE(piyin @ Jan 20 2013, 22:57) ok... but as you said "i dont think so"", neither i do... so play till level 120 (in your case) and tell me is the diference bewteen after and now is good for you..ok?
Well, I will... eventually, however, I don't know if I remember to tell you (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Oh and, I didn't said it would be easier, high-PL monsters and lack of infusion (especially Gaia) will be pain, on the other hand, maybe I'll met my own monster in a battle(it wasn't possible till now because PL 400+ (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ). Oh and maybe battles will be more... "funny". (not only: potion, spark, infusion, cure, attack, attack, attack, cure, attack, attack, attack, cure, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, spark, cure, attack, attack, attack...) No I feel that way too. When I used to use it,it would give me about 500 to 800 HP now it's been given me about 800 to 1000. But,I'm happy with it (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Will you refund the AP?

My heals got a small buff, supportive = maxed, curative was 75% of level, so not complaining there. Mit drop was good, cause it hurt monsters more then players, but of course we are not in their shoes, we are in our own, and now they don't seem to fit quite right.

Tenb said about the new calculation, if curative was stronger than supportative before. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) My regen is now 2x so strong like after the patch. Thats was really needed since i feel naked in heavy now. This post has been edited by Nottle: Jan 21 2013, 01:23

Sweet baby Jesus. Seems I got my answer. Basically my estoc turned into a rare item. Thanks Tenboro.

Doesn't it makes more sense to repurpose the Priestess suffix to carry +supportive stats?

QUOTE(T_Starrk @ Jan 20 2013, 06:57) Damn, I just tried mace, rending blow only gives the first level of PA. Mace is now nerfed into the ground. Rending blow was the only thing that made it playable. Welp.

I think everyone who had higher supportive than curative got a major boost to regen and cure. The rest of us now need to work on our proficiency again though.
I haven't changed my pattern of fighting at all, it is just the frequency of doing things that has changed for me.
