Just tested Estoc vs Scythe. Both pretty good!

Estoc is still faster. Maybe allow up to 350% Bleed on 2hand and 500% on one Hand weapons so people will use this over Clubs.

Base mana. The old one was based on a lot of factors (like the target's MP), but the new one is a simple mana heal over time
