Working my way through these soundtracks:
Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha Nice piano-led and Jazz-infused works which combine with the on-screen action to remind me of something like Baccano! There are things here that I could listen to while getting from A to B, and before I know it, I am already there.
Darker than Black: Ryuusei no Gemini A debateable step down from its predecessor, but as a lover of HEWGE BEATS, I am enjoying some of the action themes. Unfortunately, they seem too "obvious" in context. I've made a few edits in Soundforge for marching to on my brief excursions into the outside world. "Mouken Kerberos" has been condensed to 1:30 for my power-walking needs.
Arakawa Under the Bridge Now this is just NICE, and sometimes that is just what is needed. I had to get the OP and ED themes too, because Suneohair has such a relaxing way with a tune, and I am also enjoying the sunny sounds of Etsuko Yakushimaru.
I will eventually get around to checking out stuff from Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita, and I am obligated to review the Ghost In The Shell: Arise OST (even though I am not fussed on the anime), since I have been following the works of Cornelius since "The First Question Award".
Guilty Pleasure Award: WataMote ED Single Dear diary, today I learned what "Denpa" means. And I like it.
