On 30 Dec 2012, member donendino posted in several threads, stating he wanted to purchase equips with haths/credits.

MidNight's Shop
madvvv's shop
oyzkkkk's Equipment shop

I've checked with the shop owners, and none of them have received any payment. MidNightPass tried to COD two of his equips and request payment in hath for the third one (thus no COD), but those with COD are returned and the equip for hath is taken without payment. The equip is still owned by donendino now.

I've tried to contact donendino since then through PM and MoogleMail, but I haven't received any reply yet. Since there's actual loss in this case, here's my ruling:

DONENDINO SHOULD BE BANNED FROM ANY WTS/WTB ACTIONS TILL HE CAN EXPLAIN HIS ACTION.
- his name will be included in the WTS/WTB blacklist
- All shop/auction owners should ignore any of his purchase/selling requests until this issue is resolved

Tenboro has also been notified of this incident.

Donendino logged in to the forum and requested items from other players. As he didn't reply to my PM/MMs, I'm declaring a permanent blacklist on him. All shop/auction owners should ignore any of his purchase/selling/free item requests.
