I can accurately imagine the costs of the infrastructure for E-Hentai. Not so much the operating costs but the infrastructure costs most assuredly.

The servers hosting the reference clients were among those that were moved. They are still picking up steam to get back to where they were, but everyone also had their slots extended by a full day.

Tenboro out of curiosity how large is the gallery? Looking for the size on disk that is.

I’ve always had difficulty estimating just how much infrastructure is necessary (much less how much it costs) for any given site. Any rules of thumb regarding that?

We only have like eight servers left out of those. There are currently 34 servers, but a few (~3) are on the chopping block when I finish moving all the stuff around. And the hosting is just shy of $100k/year at today's exchange rate.
