10/50 like before or 40/200 like in the former Crysfest?

Oh, right.. the displayed number on the site is cached, it might not have updated since it was changed directly on the database. Try converting some GP or just wait a day.

It seems ridiculous to refund Penny Pincher but not Scavenger.

People who had Penny Pincher saved tens of milliosn of credits on training and then they get a full refund.

Meanwhile people who maxed Scavenger simply lose 28million.

If you don't want to give out credits, you could give the refund in other training or Knowledge crystals.
