A special $$$ plugin perhaps ?

Not exactly. I used photoshop CS6 for more annoying cleaning like that since its clone stamp is improved. You can do it manually, but with perfectly clear images like that with shading it can annoying to get the pattern just right. As for Cs6, you can try the demo or use naughty means if you don't care.
