Do you know for what paragraphs are used? They are not simply to make reading easier on the eyes by providing break/reference points. Paragraphs are used to convey related thoughts. While your interpretation that his last statement only applied to that which was preceded by "besides" is valid, it is not the only valid interpretation. If you view it as part of a whole, you can apply the statement to the preceding. The fact that it did not espouse a point contrary to the previous (i.e. there is no real gain from anything you do in the HV, even in the context of the HV) is more support than I really need.

Even if you assume your interpretation to be the only valid, you are deluded if you think that only people who have beaten EVERYTHING on the hardest difficulty understand that you have nothing to show for it. Anyone who has beaten a boss or arena on a higher difficulty level is qualified to understand that. Ergo, my claim of "delusions of grandeur" still applies.

I'd also like to note that despite repeatedly stating what I meant, you completely ignored what I was saying and replaced it with alternative nefarious thoughts of your own. Ones which I denied early on when I said that:

Finish your top 2 and low 10 and then see what looks good.

Also, reduce the difficulty. First page should take no more than 20-30 minutes in Hard, and the very first ones in IWBTH make little difference to time spent. As for the second page, well, Hard for sure and you'll be done in less than one hour total at level 200.

If you want to do your daily arenas in 400 rounds, well, the top 2 alone will be 195 rounds long, counting out schoolgirl marathons JK orgies.

If you do happen to get the right suffix, the quality will be Average at best.
If by some miracle you get something of good quality, the stats will be completely messed up.

Personally I play my last 2 on heroic , 1-5 on IWTBH and 6-10 on BT and everything still goes smoothly for a 1 hour or less completion each day, but yeah you can set your difficulty lower to speed things up.

Tenb did say he was going to look at the drop rate for high grade equips so you may start seeing more crappy exquisites. Crappy legendaries should be hard as I think that means a max or near max roll on everything, so crappy legendaries should only be a bad item type roll, not awkward stat distribution.
