Auction rules and system:

• Bidding to display at a higher price in your shop or co-operating with people with such intentions is an evil thing and it will not be tolerated here. Such activities don't provide any added value to what these auctions already offer, thus are undesirable.
• These auctions are open to everyone, even though they are mainly aimed at lower level players.
• You have to have a minimum post count of 10 posts on your forum account to be allowed to bid 150kC or more, up to 500kC, 15 posts to bid more than 500kC. This is needed to limit griefing.
• Pre-0.82 equipments have their stats displayed in orange instead of pink.
• These auctions last one whole week. Unsold items are displayed the next week and their start price may (but won't necessarily) be lowered if they remain unsold for too long.
• "Sniping" is tolerated, but any kind of abuse will result in one or several "strikes".
• There is no proxy bidding, automatic update or notifications for now. Such things will come later, if these auctions come to a success. So try to keep up with the pace by yourself, as I am likely not to update the currently winning bids for 1-2 days or even more.
• Valid bids are in unedited posts only. Editing your post will cancel/void all the bids in it.
• However, any bid that has been tracked in the original post is definitive. So don't try to screw around.
• Once you have won an item, you will receive it in your MoogleMail with a CoD. You have five days (and not one more minute) to detach the item from the MoogleMail, from the moment you received it in your MoogleMail. Failing to do so will add three strikes to your counter.
• After five strikes, you are temporarily banned from the auctions. Any bad behavior will be punished with one or several strikes, depending on the severity of the action. You will lose one strike per month elapsed since the last strike you received.
• In a general way, these auctions are designed to help low/mid level players acquiring materials and equipments in adequation to their needs and their modest incomes, by protecting them from the steamrolling wallets of high level players. This is why the size of the material packs are limited, different start prices and a quick bid system.
• To contact me, please use my forum PM box, and not my MoogleMail. See to it that my MoogleMail is already flooded way enough with equipments sent to the auctions or for my WTB purchase. So I certainly don't need miscellaneous discussions on top of that, especially when these MoogleMails get lost in the middle of my "Read" box as soon as I see them.

Bidding:

• You will see two prices for each item: the start price and the quick bid price. Note that some items may not have any quick bid value. Start/Quick prices marked with an asterisk (*) means that they have been decided by the seller.
• Bidding happens normally (until the end of the auction) between the start price and the quick bid price, or if there isn't any quick bid value.
• Once the bids on an item reached the quick bid value (if there is any), the normal auction duration system is canceled for that item. The bids on that item will last only one day after the last bid on that item. Each subsequent bid will reset that one day counter, so try to bid your highest value as soon as possible if you don't want the bidding to drag on.
• The quick bid mechanism cannot, however, make the bids on an item stop before Wednesday 9pm, or after Monday 7pm. This is needed to prevent players from "early sniping" the desired items straight from the start of the auctions and to prevent the auction to be dragged on for too long.
• Due to that quick bid value, you are encouraged to bid your maximum amount as soon as possible after the beginning of the auctions.
• If someone bids on an item during the 4 last hours and the item doesn't reach the quick bid price (or if no quick bid price is set), the item's bids are extended for 4 hours (not renewable) for everyone who made a valid (non edited) bid. Those who haven't bid on the item before the normal end can only bid for the quick bid price or higher during this extended time. The bids will be open to everyone again if the item reaches the quick bid value during this extended time.
• Bidding has to use the following example:"Mat01 100k"
• Bids on materials must be at least 1% greater than the previous bid, if any. The amounts are otherwise free to suit your convenience.
• Your bids on equipments must be multiples of:
  -5k when below 50k (5k, 10k, ...45k, 50k)
  -10k when between 50k and 250k (50k, 60k, 70k, ..., 230k, 240k, 250k)
  -25k when between 250k and 1000k (250k, 275k, 300k, ..., 950k, 975k, 1000k)
  -50k when between 1000k and 2000k (1000k, 1050k, 1100k, ... 1900k, 1950k, 2000k)
  -100k beyond 2000k (2000k, 2100k, 2200k, ...)
• The bids should always be a multiple of these increments. Any bid that fails to abide this rule will be considered as void.
  Example: a bid of 280k will be void, as it should be either 275k or 300k.
• You can cancel a bid that is already tracked by posting "Hea03 cancel", but don't abuse that. If you cancel too much, I might issue some strikes.
• Bidding is still valid at exact time. Sunday 17:00 forum time is valid, 17:01 isn't. The same rule applies to quick bids.
• When bidding, please verify that the current owner of the item you're bidding on is me (Decondelite).
• As a result, feel free to contact me via forum PM if you spot anything abnormal.
• I cannot guarantee 100% reliability of all the info displayed, despite my seriousness and dedication.

Submitting items for the auctions:
The following items are eligible to be auctioned here:

• Low grades in packs of 100, 250, 500 or 1000. Mid grades and high grades in packs of 25, 50 or 100. Submit several packs if needed.
• Bindings and rares (defense matrix modulator, crystallized phason, shade fragment, repurposed actuator) in packs of 10.
• Monster food in packs of 500, 1000 or 2500. Again, submit several packs if needed.
• Exquisite below Lvl250: prefixed rapier of slaughter
• Magnificent below Lvl250: prefixed Rapier/Shortsword of Slaughter, prefixed Wakizashi of Balance/Nimble, prefixed Wakizashi of the Battlecaster, Ethereal Estoc/Mace/Longsword/Katana of Slaughter, Buckler of the Barrier/Force Shield/Reinforced Kite Shield, Agile/Reinforced Leather, Shade of Fleet/Shadowdancer/Arcanist, no plate, all Power, staffs with good prefix+suffix combo, Charged Cotton of the Elementalist/Heaven-Sent/Demon-fiend, Charged/Radiant/Mystic Phase.

• All Battlecaster One-Handed must have an elemental prefix. Ethereal will not be accepted.
• All shields beyond Lvl300 must have a base Block beyond 35.64 (0% in the Legendary Force range). Equivalent Legendary ranges: Buckler of the Barrier >= 53%, Kite Shield >= 89%, Force Shield >= 0%.
• Plain Legendary Cotton (non Charged) Lvl300-350 must have Prof>=50%. Plain Legendary Cotton >Lvl350 must have Prof>=75%. Plain Legendary Phase of Surtr/Niflheim >Lvl350 must have EDB>=50%.
• Magnificent beyond Lvl250 must have all their PABs. Exceptions: Rapiers/Shortswords of Slaughter with SD PABs, Power of Slaughter, Shade of the Arcanist with SDEIW PABs, Charged/Radiant Cotton/Phase. Shields are not exempt from this rule.
• I reserve the right to make exceptions, both in accepting or denying equipments, mostly for very low level equipments, pre-0.82 / level unassigned, or very high stats. Submit to me in a separate MoogleMail such equipments and I'll see if I can make an exception or not.
• When I send you MoogleMails with your unsold equipment or credits attached to them, you have a maximum of 6 months to detach them. Past that delay, I reserve the right to recall the MoogleMail and claim property on their content. This measure is needed to prevent the attachments from being lost completely due to pruning.

If your item fits in this list, then feel free to send me the item via MoogleMail: I will detach it a bit before the beginning of the auctions. If your item failed to sell, it will be displayed in the next week's auction, maybe with a lower start price.
Please do note that I will take a 5% share for every equipment sold at more than 50k. Materials are free of charge.
You will receive your payment generally somewhere between Friday and Sunday, to leave enough time for the winners to detach their equipment.

If your equipment doesn't fit in this list of auctionable items, you may want to check my WTB thread so that I purchase them directly if they're eligible.

You can decide what will be the start price and quick bid price of your items, but I recommend to trust my estimations to chose these prices to make sure your item will neither sell for too low nor never sell at all.
Aside from this, don't hesitate to ask for my advice.
