Just saw the trailer for it, and I have to say it looks amazing! Gonna get it as soon as it's released. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

It reminds me alot of Gothic 2, what with all the crafting reagents laying around, and the difficulty is also reminiscent of the aforementioned game, all and it's pretty sweet.
It also have some shadow of the collosus element in it. Where you can climb on the creatures and attack from there (which felt really satisfying). You should try out the demo that has 2 playable scenarios. One where you fight a griffon and one against a chimera.
I enjoyed the demo and from what I have seen and read, I will properly pick it up eventually.

I got the game a few days ago, and its amazing. It's one of the better RPG's that I've played. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
So far I've been watching Maximillian do a playthrough of Dragon's Dogma and it looks like a lot of fun. Though so far that climb on a monster then hack at it business seems semi-redundant. Then again, I suppose you could say climbing on a cyclops/hydra and hacking away at him can't get old. (Ah Hercules & KH2 - Get up on the hydra's back!)
Gameplay looks okay and the techniques and augments look fairly interesting. Dante's Stinger and the step back get off me bro slash look fairly interesting. I think I'll pick it up when I get the chance, should be fun.
I have played Dragon's Dogma for almost 80hrs and I'm just on level 32 and doing both the main and side quests together. But I have to say,its really an addictive game to put down, the challenges are too epic, the armor enhancements are cool.Just playing this game alone,is one of the best things out there and its the best.
I've been playing this game for days and really enjoying it. Can be frustrating at times but the good outweighs the bad here. The only thing that really miffs me is the lack of a proper fast travel.
I know it's to encourage exploring but backtracking for 20 minutes is really annoying.
I saw the commercial a few days ago. It's sad that they are making its biggest selling point out to be "Comes with a playable demo for Resident Evil 6". This reminds me of 2007's "Crackdown".
