Missing gallery files Options

While the vast majority of files were recoverable either from simply having been distributed, through the uploader's failsafe mechanism or through the archivers, there are twelve galleries remaining that have unrecoverable missing files and need to be reuploaded.

There is no need to replace the existing galleries, simply reuploading the files into a new "dummy" gallery will suffice to restore them.

Note that if the files aren't reuploaded within a week or so, I'll be removing them to avoid having broken galleries on the site.

Update: The remaining galleries that were not reuploaded have been erased.

You can delete it after, yes.

So even if the dummy gallery isn't actually published, it's okay to delete? I tried reuploading the two C81 galleries from torrent download, stopping short of publishing. That seems to have fixed them, since the archiver says things are okay, but I'd like to make sure I don't blow anything up.

Yes. Galleries are inherently self-healing whenever a missing file is uploaded.

I tested the galleries:
Kebero and Radiohead: okay
Izumi Yayoi: failed to prepare one or more files.... okay

if this gallery isn't working in 24 hours, i will use the dummy gallery and update it with some new files

Should be working now. The archiver got confused over some corrupted files.
