I've gone IWBTH on all arenas from 'First Blood' to 'The Twilight'. (I'm at lv. 254 as of this post.)
MY GEAR;

'The Trio and the Tree' by using the following items;
6x featherweight shards
1x voidseeker shard
1x aether shard
8x Godly Mana Potions
3x Mana Elixirs
2x Spirit Elixirs
All arenas beyond The Trio and the Tree I can defeat by using the following items;
6x featherweight shards
1x voidseeker shard
1x aether shard
11x Godly Mana Potions
2x Spirit Elixirs
The mace stuns Bosses/Legendaries/Ultimates for 4 turns, giving me opportunity to recover mana by
using 'FOCUS' 4 turns. When I've recovered mana, I'll use 'Soul Harvest' to recover spirit. This way
I can go on forever without ever dying. This strategy also works on common/custom monsters but is
much harder against them because they got too low hp for me to recover overcharge sufficiently.
But going with 11x Godly Mana Potions is time consuming so I prefer doing it with 11x Mana Elixirs;
this way I can defeat 'The Twilight' (Lv.240) within 2 hours. Soon I'm about to reach Lv. 260 and
the 'Beyond The Clouds' -stage which I'm about to complete with same strategy I've described above.
My guess is that the 'Dance with the Dragons' is gonna be an easy one.
Here's the 10 spells I'm using in the battle screen quickbar for
all stages in The Arena, though I switch from Poison to Silence
whenever I go higher than the 'The Trio and the Tree' -stage.
I'll almost always go into spirit stance before I cast any spells.
SLOT 1: Haste (always)
SLOT 2: Shadow Veil (always)
SLOT 3: Spirit Shield (sometimes)
SLOT 4: Regen II (always)
SLOT 5: Poison (always against Legendaries/Ultimates and sometimes against the worst monsters)
SLOT 5: Silence (always against Legendaries/Ultimates)
SLOT 6: Slow (sometimes and only against Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen 501st)
SLOT 7: Magnet (always against Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen 501st and sometimes against other evaders)
SLOT 8: Imperil (against Legendaries/Ultimates, the worst monsters and some hefty lone survivors)
SLOT 9: Ragnarok (sometimes against 10x monster mobs full of the worst ones)
SLOT 10: Banish (almost always against 10x monster mobs)
I also use (but not in the battle screen quickbar)
the following spells (all maxed out of course);
Heartseeker (always)
Spark of Life (almost always)
Absorb (always)
X-Nerf (only when I got channeling to spend in a mob of the worst monsters)
Soul Harvest (only when spark of life no longer works)
Protection (only when low on HP)
Cure I (only when very low on HP)
Cure II (only when extremely low on HP)
Lifestream (sometimes when against Legendaries/Ultimates)
I gambled on a hybrid melee/mage build and almost
all of my proficiencies are in the following;

Abilites; HEALTH/MAGIC/SPIRIT tanks all maxed out, 26 AP overcharge (152%?)
Eventually I'll post some more character statistics by the time I'm about
to go grinding so one can also see the effect of the shards I'm using.
I'll post them if anyone here gives a monkeys about it.
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE;I need better magic accurancy and deprecating proficiency, yeah that's it.
I'm looking to replace my body equip and helmet equip with something better;
preferably with an exq/mag/leg 'shade of the arcanist' (with 4PABs or more).
