This member has been posting stuff to the galleries that he should not. These manga and doujinshi that are only made available to members of Doujin-Moe. This guy is stealing from him and screwing over people who pay for the material. Also, Tanboro mentioned this about what cannot be posted.
Please do not post commercial comic books, scanlations of commercially licensed comic books, or other works that are actively exploited commercially. We know that the people who distribute those haven't given you permission to post them here, and they are almost guaranteed to get a takedown notice or be removed pre-emptively by moderators or staff.

It's been a while since I've seen legal channels being mentioned together with chinese cartoon porn.
How would one even begin to report something like someone leaked translated cartoon porn from a membership only.

You will report someone for copyright violations for stealing your illegally produced work? (I'm pretty sure you can't argue "fair use" for commercially exploited translations) Good luck with that. Even if you somehow take down E-hentai (no way that actually happens), the guns you'd need to bring in to accomplish that would destroy Doujin-moe as well. Actually, it would probably be a lot worse for Doujin-Moe as Tenboro has done quite a lot to insulate himself legally. (e.g. what you just quoted. It's how Youtube managed to sidestep massive lawsuits)
