Please post things as follows:
Level Equip being forged PXP(0) if the item has been leveled if possible Stat being forged Forgings before -> after Stat before forging Stat after forging
Thanks, With enough points this should be solvable.

I think it should be okay whatever the equipment used and the stat to be forged? Er, just use a trash to forge, hope this can help. The base value is using the most updated Equipment compare to find out, I will still give the value scaled with my level. Here the equipment to be forged. http://hentaiverse.org/pages/showequip.php...;key=d19eddc798Forging stat is the Deprecating Proficiency Level : 414 Unforged PXP(0) = 285 Original 1 lv Forged 2 lv Forged 3 lv Forged 4 lv Forged 5 lv Forged 6 lv Forged 7 lv Forged 8 lv Forged 9 lv Forged 10 lv Forged If further forged require, I still have mat up to 20LV Just something not related this post but don't down where can put. I know rescaling the forging incline to light forging which aim to encourage low level to forge eqiups. Saying first level gain 2.X % with a slowly decrease and come to less than 1% after some levels. However what is the reason changing the CAP of forging? (0.75 cap at 100% for ADB/MDB and 40% for others) I think it is supposed to be the same cap but in different scale... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Yeah, same cap would be nice, BUT tenboro's wordings are not always that direct:
-- Essentially, early upgrades are worth more than later ones. The non-upgraded forge max is about the same, but the upgraded forge max was reduced.
Two different subjects here: upgrade rate, and upgrade cap, but wording appears to mix the two

Honestly every step between 0-50/100 would make the curve be good enough, but right now i need a 50/100 point

I will help if I got a good enough power leg of slaughter (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) But tbh it will be done in the last patch, in current patch, I even don't want to forge more than 50 times for the ADB. I believe the scale is... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

Currently looks like:
for 100/100 forges: 1.48x base instead of 2x for 50/50 forges: 1.36x base compared to 1.4x for 40 forges

Turns out the formulas were correct, but the thing that chose which formula to use based on the number of upgrades wasn't, so it ended up using the one for base 25 upgrades for both.
Should be fixed now.

My maxed staff magic damage seems more or less exactly the same as before 0.76. Was that the intent? I assume that you also meant to make 40/40 upgrade levels pre-patch be equal to 50/50 upgrades post patch. That's about what the numbers look like to me. Thanks for investigating this. edit: QUOTE(skillchip @ May 23 2013, 23:04) for 50/50 forges: 1.36x base compared to 1.4x for 40 forges Yeah, like that I meant. Where is the fun in trying to find how broke something is when the info we get is flawed

Did you find a formula (or at least a regression?)
Kind of annoying when I can't calculate if a new equipment is better than my current forged ones.

No data, no conclusion. With the increasement of every 1 or 10 level, a regression can be work out no matter liner or not. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Best I can do for now. I'm interested in this stuff if anyone has learned more.

RAWR And thanks for the post (and trying to be helpful). I don't think you took quality out, so your numbers are a bit off but I did that in my spreadsheet, so correct me if I was wrong in this assumption. Below is what I have so far. CODE 1 0.017963407 2 0.035926814 3 0.052257184 4 0.066954517 5 0.080018813 6 0.093083109 7 0.104514367 8 0.117578663 9 0.127376885 10 0.137175107 1 0.018888889 2 0.036666667 3 0.052222222 4 0.067222222 5 0.081111111 6 0.093888889 7 0.106111111 8 0.117222222 9 0.128333333 10 0.138333333 11 0.148333333 12 0.157222222 13 0.166111111 14 0.175 15 0.182777778 16 0.190555556 17 0.198333333 18 0.205555556 19 0.212777778 39 0.321645303 50 0.354
I'm at a standstill with it currently (busy), if anyone would like to pick it up.

As an amateur, I can only make a regress for approximate calculating. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Cumulative Increasement= 0.19927 * LN((Forge Level) + 9.97069) - 0.45826 To figure out the ture formula, WE NEED GREAT (づ ̄3 ̄)づ SKILLCHIP o((>ω< ))o!
